When you live in a world where so much of what you see is filtered, edited, manufactured, manipulated, or completely made up, eventually you start wondering if anything is real. You start to worry that nothing is true or trustworthy. That's why the book of I John is so important. In this short letter, we learn that Jesus is the Real Deal - that He is exactly who He claimed to be and accomplished everything He set out to accomplish. And knowing the Real Jesus is how we experience Real Life and Real Joy!
